How to check your credits with the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR):

To find out how many credits have currently posted to your license, please visit the Real Estate Board website.

There are two simple ways to check your credits:

Using your license number:

1. Check “Individuals” under Real Estate
2. Enter your 10-digit license number under “License/Certificate Number”
3. Click “Search”

Using your name as it appears on your license:

1. Check “Individuals” under Real Estate
2. Type in your name under “Name”
3. Click “Search”

When your license record displays, you will see a summary of your license information including your license expiration date. Click on “View Continuing Education Hours” to see you credits.

If you need Continuing Education credit to renew, your hours will appear at the top of the page. If you were licensed AFTER January 1, 2004 and are in your first renewal, your Post Licensure Education hours will appear toward the bottom of the page.
