To earn your VA Broker’s license, you will need to:

Successfully complete 45-hour courses in Broker Appraisal, Broker Finance, Broker Law and Broker Management.*

*Course substitutions are available; however, all broker candidates must complete Broker Management.

Have been actively practicing as real estate salesperson for 36 of the last 48 months prior to applying to sit for the exam.

We offer the four brokerage class as classroom courses.

Broker courses are not available online.
